The recipe is designed for a 1.5 liter jug.

Ingredients:

  • Large lemon – 1 pc.
  • Medium orange – 2 pcs.
  • Mint – 3-4 sprigs
  • Syrup – 100 ml
  • Ice cubes – to taste
  • Sparkling water

Cooking method:

  1. Cut half of one orange and a quarter of lemon into slices.
  2. From the rest squeeze the juice.
  3. Pour juice and syrup into a jug, put mint, wrinkle it in your palms a little.
  4. Half fill the pitcher with ice.
  5. The rest of the volume topped with sparkling water.
  6. If necessary, add more syrup to the desired degree of sweetness. You can also use non-carbonated water, but with soda it turns out more refreshing.

Peach lemonade

Ingredients:

  • Medium ripe peach – 3 pcs.
  • Lime – 2 pcs.
  • Medium lemon – 2 pcs.
  • Sugar – 4-5 tbsp.
  • Cold water – 1 l
  • Ice to serve

Cooking method:

  • In peaches, remove the bones and remove the skin.
  • Pulp chop and put in a bowl.
  • There we squeeze out the juice from limes and lemons, pour sugar.
  • Pour in water and grind with a blender until smooth. If large pieces are left, it can be rubbed through a sieve.
  • We try and add more sugar if necessary (it is better to use powder or syrup, sugar may not dissolve in cold water).
  • Serve with ice.

Mint Lemonade

The recipe is designed for 1.5 liters of drink. If you do not like the taste of the sprite, replace it with plain soda water, but double the amount of sugar in the syrup.

Ingredients:

  • Water – 250 ml
  • Sugar – 125 g
  • Fresh mint – 4-5 sprigs
  • Large orange – 2 pcs.
  • Large lemon – 1 pc.
  • Sprite or other similar soda – 1 l
  • Mint leaves and citrus slices for serving

Cooking method:

  • Sugar put in a dipper, pour in water and bring to a boil.
  • Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Turn off the fire, put the mint in the syrup and leave to cool.
  • Squeeze juice from citrus. If you want to get a more aesthetic drink – strain the juice from the pulp.
  • Mix in a jug the juice and the cooled syrup (mint discard), add soda.
  • Served in glasses with ice, with a sprig of mint and slices of lemon and / or orange.
